The AquaVentus 50 produces 12-20 gallons of water per day, an amount suitable for individuals, families and small groups. The pre-production prototype is a wheeled portable that can be moved by one person and lifted by two. It is suitable for personal water in disaster response situations, especially in remote locations. It can be operated off the electrical grid by a 1 kW solar panel.
Fixed units can supply long-term water supply for homes. |
