The AquaVentus 850 is mounted on a special pallet base designed to fit into a small (M1102) military trailer. It is light enough to be lifted by helicopter. In a fixed installation the AV-850 is suitable for hospitals, fire and police stations and disaster relief centers.

It may also be used as an emergency water supply for small communities, for instance, gated communities and small towns, or in remote locations where water is scarce.
